what exactly is every weighting exercises that may use the forearms
e.g. chest press, shoulder press, lat pull down, etc.....
it's like crisping sound of the bones!
horrible :'(
and it don't come always
it always comes, say after 4-5 reps......
is it really my left forearm bones is having problem now? ::)
thought it will be helpful also, my finger feel painful now when I try to curl them(just left hand, no problem for right hand)
which is the same side that forearm sound comes

I can feel it's a bit closer to elbow
but
I can feel the sound comes from the forearm bones

Do you ever work your forearms with any exercises. That could be one of the problems. The forearms just cant keep up.

no, never
the trainer I follow"ed" didn't teach us about forearm
only triceps
