Eh, what the heck. 203 pounds today, trying to get into shape for the mr getbig.

yeah i thought about that after i posted.. i got some updated pictures, but i think i'll probably wait another month to lose more weight. one question though why did you blur your face out..

btw looking decent...your in a tshirt so you cant really tell...but looks like you should be in contest condition at maybe 165-170lbs

thanks. i'm super flat today. ate chex cereal and m&ms while sick. I just got home from shoulder day and plan on no-carbing it at night again. Going to see how many days I can do it without getting sick.
I have no diet lol... I just eat less carbs and more protein, and try to do a tad bit of cardio. I think I'm going to start slow for the next 2 weeks, then do a super stringent 6 week thing.

Good improvement but on that diet you're not going to get much anywhere beyond what you've already achieved. I hope you know that proper nutrition is responsible for up to 85% of your results. What's the problem anyway? Cravings or lack of knowledge on nutrition?

Time, I guess. No... priorities. I work from home and have the ability to cook all day long. But i have a preggo woman and I am online 14 hours a day trying to get this multimedia/webdes/marketing company off the ground. Biz is good but all else suffers.
I have the knowledge- I have read the boards and know the Arnold encyc like the back of my hand, and I build nutrition and training sites all day long. I set up diets for family members and friends that have brought them great success.
I can train correctly - I know this. I hit the fast/slow twitch, heavy mass sets then lighter intense sets.. my strength is above what my narrow frame looks like (11 inches from clavicle to clavicle)- I routinely train with- and keep up with - guys that are 30 solid pounds bigger. I do think I train right.
I guess I just need to get shit prioritized and start cooking more meals.

sorry to eb an ass, but take a pic with your wrist measured at 5.5inches, that is like a small womans wrist.

I just measured my wrist, its 6.75 at its smallest. I seriously doubt you are 5.5 - they do not look atall smaller. They look larger to me

lol I was hamming it up a bit. They're closer to 6 than 5.5. "Brutal 5.5" had such a good ring to it though. Everyone knows I am not a threat to the mr getbig, but if I am able to show improvement from those old trailer pics, I'm happy.

Sounds like you have whatever you'd need to know known already which is definetely most important. Business has to come first, I'll agree with that but you're missing out on some unexplored results.

good job 240. do what you can, but live a life outside of bodybuilding too.
My wrists are tiny at 7.1/4"....but with 16" forearms its all relative.

To add to the whole wrist thing, where are you guys measuring cause i got about 7inches but i have never thought i had big wrist only big forearms for my size 6' 195. Seriously though i measured 2-3 times to be sure about the size cause i kinda doubt unless i outweigh any of you that i have bigger wrist.

I was measuring at the lowest point, ie, right at my hand. 6.25 is the smallest mine go.
Adonis looks like he has a small wrist too.
I am heavier than you but that really has no bearing on wrist size, your wrist isn't going to really blow up huge no matter what drugs you use.
