Knowing my history, I have naturally low test, but I and my doc are beginning to think it's my low fat, calorie restricted diet. Before I go the HRT or cycle route, I want to crank my cals (which I have over the past 1+ weeks) and take a supplement that will crank my test levels. Are there any products out there that actually work in increasing test? I heard that TOnka was pretty decent and tribulus? Anyone?

You might try tribulus or Eurycoma Longifolia Jack.
Otherwise add some fish oil to your diet and eat a lot of broccoli.
If you want HRT, go for it.

I like N1T by universal, otherwise I always had good results with Tribestan, but I think the combo in N1T is better and the price is good. Also if you don't like it Universal always takes returns on everything(this helps me sell Universal at my store, people like the idea of getting results or getting their money back.)

Is it true that eating broccoli lowers estrogen?

i don't know if there are any studies about this, but he was talking about a bad diet so i assumed that fish oil and broccoli might help.
i don't really know, it could be that there is something contained that lowers estrogen, but it might be that you'd have to eat 30kg of broccoli to get the right amount. ;D

"I3C (Indole-3-Carbinol) is a plant compound that has the ability to rid estrogen from your body.3 Vegetables like cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli contain it. In your digestive tract, I3C converts into DIM.
DIM (Diindolylmethane) is a plant compound that enhances estrogen elimination. It breaks down estrogen into safer compounds. DIM balances the testosterone-estrogen ratio."
