prob been asked but id like to know how many carbs and how much protein should you consume postworkout?

30-60 grams simple carbs..i use gatorade. 20-40 grams whey protien.

absurd...
no more than 60g carbs and 50g whey....

Based on the supplements I take, I'd say 75 grams carbs (via CELL-TECH) and 40-50 grams of protein (IsoPure, EAS Precision Protein RTD, ABB Pure Pro, MESO/NITRO-TECH).
