He's training for endurance in that clip, just like any fighter. Not that you would know anything about endurance or cardio training, you're the fat fuck that needs 4+ months to get in shape for Mr Getbig, and when you didn't get that - you pulled out of the contest.

I can relate to all sorts of training, I'm not limiting myself to a couple of lifts and becoming a fat piece of shit like you. BTW how do you rank different types of lifts and training? Do you consider strongman harder than power lifting? Or the other way around? Whatabout olympic lifting? Harder or easier?
