He's training for endurance in that clip, just like any fighter. Not that you would know anything about endurance or cardio training, you're the fat fuck that needs 4+ months to get in shape for Mr Getbig, and when you didn't get that - you pulled out of the contest.

hahahahaha, you're just sticking up for him because you can relate to that type of pussy ass training, the funny thing is he wasn't even doing full reps with it, what a little b.itch, you're the type of guy who uses light weights and then tells people that you're training for "explosiveness", hahahaha, gayer than greek food.

I can relate to all sorts of training, I'm not limiting myself to a couple of lifts and becoming a fat piece of shit like you. BTW how do you rank different types of lifts and training? Do you consider strongman harder than power lifting? Or the other way around? Whatabout olympic lifting? Harder or easier?
