The picture was taken after hamstrings workout and cardio, Dennis did not have any pump at all on those pictures.

Wow - really ripped for not being pumped up...
As for the tan - it might help to throw on a layer of commerial (Read: Loreal, etc) brand of tan first before the Protan. Everybody reacts to the coloring differently - and sometimes you need to mix two types to get a better result...
