the way im approaching this contest is to eat slightly some times more than others under maintenance calories kinda isocaloric. how does this sound

i know its like a balancing act if i eat too little muscles flatten out metabolism slows fatloss slows down. if i eat too much i dont lose. if i eat slightly under maintenance i loose a small amount of fat

i would suggest plenty of dnp...lasix....and atleast 6-8 advil everyday to keep training through the pain... ;D

Its actually REALLY hard to lose muscle contrary to what people like to say.
Just eat high protien, low carbs and low fat.

you probably look like you do in your pics...365 days a year, so you really dont need to change alot of things in your diet. Its not like your dieting down from bulking up. Increase cardio, up the protien, lower the fats and carbs.

hmmm this is interesting though everyone say high protien low carb and low fat
my diet is the opposite 50-60 grams of protien, 200-300 carbs, 100-150 fats on my low days on my high days i eat considerably more

The best is a moderate CKD - don't take it to the extremes like UD2....
high protein, moderate fat (all good fats of course) and moderate carbs on training days/HIIT cardio
high protein, trace carbs, high fat on non-training days.
