What would you view as a better/cleaner carb source:
Oats or 100% Ezekiel whole wheat pasta?
Right now those are my sole carb sources, aside from dextrose and rice cakes, oh a fiberous veggies. If I switch my 3rd meal to oats instead of pasta, I'll be taking in close to 3-4 cups a day, but that would be all my carbs. Is there a big difference? Both very clean? Thoughts?

Your bulking!!! who f-in cares which one is cleaner???? They are both good complex carbs and you need plenty while bulking
