that is why the debate is as long as it is:
you have the Ronnie side which looks at PICS AND VIDEOS for evidence..
and you have the Yates side who looks at NUMBERS, FACTS, FIGURES AND THEORIES ON PAPER (eg. the famous dorian has better tris/forearms therefore has better arms fallacy).
Clearly the Ronnie side has the better argument.

Ho can they think that the 1999 Ronnie is the best is beyond me. ::) I mean, he was fuller than in 1998, but he lost a considerable amount of cross-striations on his front quads and upper back. The 1998 Ronnie has Dorian on details, but loses in muscularity and hardness. The 1999 Ronnie still loses to the 1993/5 Dorian in muscularity, with the differene that he has far less separations to rely on. At the same weight, Dorian destroys Ronnie in muscularity and conditioning. No contest. Ronnie's best forms were at the 1998 Olympia and the 1996 Canada Pro Cup. He only wen't downhill, from there on.

The trouble with all these "about the truce thread" threads is they almost certainly start the same damn argument in here in parallel.
Whilst I completely disagree with some people wanting Ron to delete the thread I don't agree that we should be giving these guys the opportunity to start up here. Just post it in the actual thread.

When Jay wins the O again this year, it should kill the thread. But who knows, people still are posting sergio/arnold bs to.
Dorian and Coleman are both old, injured wash outs. Ronnie'd be smart to not compete again. A lower placing that second will kill certain people on this boards egos and cause them to spout of dozens of Coleman was robbed threads. But in the O, I don't think he'd come in worse than second. That would be a gift to him. In the Grand Prix, I could see low placings.
Besides whe he wins, no one wants to see that spiritual drop to one knee and thank god crap. I'd rather see Jay with little to no emotion than the same tired ole Coleman show.
