I suspect this is a fake one(heard that there is much more possibilities to buy fake milk powder in china)
but there is people in the internet from hk say that "it is only my skill to dissolve it in water"
but my observation is not that, when I put these whey protein powder into water
no matter how hard u try to stir it, there is still many "spots" floating on the top of the water
and some even just stick to the side of the glass cup
mine is prolab whey protein 5lbs, the direction say 8 oz, and I did put more water.....
what should I do now?
-
put it in a blender ;)

put it in a blender ;)
will protein isolate be better than this one?
I can guess the protein powder should have much better dissolving ability than the one I am having now......
thx first

I never mix my protein in water, due to the fact it clumps up. I always mix it with milk and strawberries inside a blender.

Good point. Add some fruit, ice cream, to taste. Enjoy.
/An Asian who can't work cutting-edge technology like a blender!? What is the world coming to. ???

Use a shaker or a blender. And never drink it with milk, because milk is crap. Drink it with water, no matter the taste!
-
It might just be really old.

there is a great invention called BLENDER. go buy one, pal.
-
blender or shaker >:( get with it!!!

Stop wasting your time and money. Eat some tuna, chicken or steak for your protein.
Definitely not worth cleaning your blender everyday for 30g of fake protein that you'll piss and crap out within an hour.

just drink it and then lick the unmixed bits off your teeth... we've all done it, you wouldnt be the first.
btw how bad do you want it?....dissolving WP should be the least of your worries.
-
I think New Trainer is used to getting his protein straight from the tap.
-
its funny how this stuff is DESIGNED TO mix with water, yet it seems like one of the least dissolvable substances know to mankind....lately ive been pouring a scoop onto my cereal, and it just sits ON TOP of the milk like a fucking turd or something, even when i submerge it with my spoon it somehow floats back to the surface COMPLETELY DRY.
-
Milk powder is generally easier to dissolve than protein by the way. Its a lot more sugary and refined than protein generally is.
There's no way you get "fake" from it not dissolving. Protein is pretty annoying to stir. Very few do stir in well.
-
Prolabs whey doesn't mix for shit....Mixes like the protein powders from the early 90's...
