somewhat of and isocaloric diet really low calories. right now im 245 i think in order for me to come in super shredded i need to be about 215 or so . lots of coffee drikning to fill up the stomach. and if i smoke weed ill cure the munchies with alcohol because you actually burn more calories when you drink beer so it really doesnt turn to fat because of the increased heart rate.(http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y256/honigga/P1010014n.jpg) WHAT DO YOU THINK MAYBE 215? or 200 at 6feet6?

im going to try not to eat anymore food tonite. i ate a half a pizza (tombstone)before working out. that was 800 calories, i was still crazy hungry so i chugged down a pot of coffe to fill me up had a great workout.

u right weight dont mean shit the pros exxagerate there weight. to be honest the best i ever looked was the first time and the last time i did cocaine for a couple weeks straight when i was 18 i got down to about 180-190 at about 6feet4 rediculously ripped but strenghth went waaaay down. i only stick to weed n alcohol now
as for training i do light weight everything to failure fast pace like serge nubret. 10 min of intervals on the stairmaster everyday and i usually do chest back and abs everyday high rep fast pace

Even Serge didn't train chest back everyday.
I do this because it gets boring doing a gazillion sets for just one bodypart. i spend on average one hour to 1.5 hours a day in the gym. the problem when dieting/and lots of coffee i cramp up real eazy so i cant do a whole lot of sets

Actually he looks good,(better than 99% of the population and 99.9% of the people at getbig) not sure if he wants to be a bodybuilder and that is fine, but he has good shape, and may not want to mess with that.
So what is your diet though? And workouts? Pizza and coffee maybe you need to keep eating...but just some protein stuff tonite

I'm shure u already scoped out ur compatition, and know wat size u need to be to have a chance of winning.
I dont know wat ur diet is like but you'll want to be careful cutting calories,so u dont lose any muscle. Also weed makes u gain fat since it ups ur estrogen levels and lowers ur test! The beer is extra cals u dont need. I'm not judging at all, its totaly up to u obvously but I'd thought I'd metion the facts. Mainly u want a nice clean diet with no junk food and keep ur fat intake very low! anything high in fat or refined shugars or carbs you'll want to eliminate.

fat is what you need in your diet. did you know that throughout the course of the day you burn calories? half of those calories are fats half are carbs. triglicerides and glucose are you main energy reserves with protien a distant third. you dont want to throw your body out of balance with either lowfat, or low carbs ect. balance is key. and balance is roughly even number of calories from fat and carbs

Ron Maughan's books are excellent. There are others as well.
