one or two gallons of some coffee mixed in with a cuple of cups of rootbeer. one or two gallons of water. half scoop of creatine 1 slice of balogne, 2 whole eggs, peanutbutter sandwich on wheat bread, 1/2 bowl of uncle sam cereal, 1 fried potatoe pancake in olive oil and butter.

what's the thinking behind this? I guess I don't understand what you're trying to do. I get the coffiee and water part but the rest of it you kinda lost me.

fat is satisfying and a variety of foods is even better, simple diet to stick to
