It's actually quite sad.  You can see how sick he is in those pics.  His face shows it.  Any doctor that is interested in diagnosis of appearances, will be interested in those pics.

Although I am sad to see him go, he went out doing what he loved best. That's got to be worth something.

oh really, then dave should have fucking showed up at the funeral an wake like the 1000's of others that did. He was at the usas two days later instead. Some friend
