Dave Pulcinella reminds me of myself in so many ways (his love for the sport above all else)
Mike (Dave's brother) did an excellent job being a "fly on the wall" and recording it all as it happened,
if you want to see what bodybuilders go thru to get ready for a show this is a must have dvd!
it's humorous,shocking,and shows just what it takes to get your ass on stage

i highly reccomend it...................... .......Mike

Yes. King Kamali was the guest poser at the contest that we show in the documentary. Kamali's appearing in the video is extremely brief, just in case you were planning on getting it just to see him.

Aaaaaaa!!! I can't take the pressure! LOL! I'll do my best Vic. It's gonna take a while. We just finished taping and I have more footage to go through than I had for RTB1. And that took 6 months to edit!

Amen to that!

Here's a few stills from the footage I shot in Pittburgh to hold you over! The last shot is of Jenn and a friend Liz lugging bags of chicken and sweet potatos from a not-so-nearby supermarket while Dave waits back in the hotel room. Notice how I got out of carrying the bags because I had to hold the camera!!

All suggestions positive and negative are welcome.

I agree with you for the most part, but here was my dilemma. I was trying to show the bb world at all levels, beginner (Adam), intermediate (Victor), and advanced (Dave). I would agree that Adam and Victor as personalities were not the best subjects, and I did consider cutting them, but I thought that Adam's difficulties, evasion and eventual dropout were significant enough to keep. It demonstrated how difficult bb can be for the beginner, contrasted nicely with Dave's 20+ years in the sport and served to emphasize how remarkable a career like Dave's is. On the other hand, feel free to skip around the DVD as much as you'd like! That's what the chapter buttons are for!

unfortunately, jenn was forced to take this year off from competing and working out (very depressing for her) due to mounting injuries sustained frim high school sports (volley ball and softball) and training for her shows. she will not be in the dvd much other than some interview segments.

she is mended now, though and will come back next year. she will be happy someone was asking about her, though..

bro, i saw him yesterday and was so tempted to ask him about it, but i didnt. that wouldve led to him seeing this thread and getting upset and hes getting married tomorrow so i didnt think he needed the added stress!! lol!!!!!!!!

lol! mike, its funny you should ask that. he just started to edit rtb 2 last week. he says we have so much great footage!! im excited! and yes, there will apparently be a scene in which i play the piano.

the foods that work have changed a bit!! thats right! just a bit. but youll have to wait to see what they are. unfortunately goldenbergs peanut chews are not one of them!
