how long does it take for different types of carbohydrates to get to the point where they are being used as energy? ....like....if i was to eat a plate of pasta.....how many minutes(or hours) would it be untill i could actually use that pasta for wortking out?
also...if you could... the rates for rice, bread(white, and wheat), apples, ....etc...whatever you eat.
...and....how many grams of carbohydrates do you think a considerably high intensity wokrout about an hour long would consume???

Difficult to say, it depends on how your glycogen stores are filled or not.
Just go with the lowest GI carbs you can get, and if you want to cut have some no carb days in a week.
