my cousion wants to start takeing it  and i want to no what u guys think hes 16 is he 2 toung to take it??? and how effective is this stuff??

Way too young. If he spells like you, he should spend the money on school education and english grammar books.

Absolutely NOT!!!  Way too young will mess himself up, spend the money on steak and buffalo! ;D
