This one popped up as a hit from a Google News Alert on bodybuilding. Many of these Fitness/Bodybuilding "Gurus" put out press releases and hope that some news outfit picks it up and reports on it. They use it to sell their "products" (i.e. training advice via books, online subscription, videos, etc.).
I'm sure there are some Get-Biggers who have fallen for these pitches in an effort to build more muscle. I'd like to see if anyone fell for this one and can tell us about Mr. O'Connor's training method.
