Title: please explain ANDROGEN RECEPTORS!!!

I just bought Anabolics 2006 and it is very informative... but not "in plain English" about how androgen receptors are connected to juicing. If someone could please explain this in a "For Dummies" style, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
