Hey, whats up gals and dudes? My weight fluxes too much I think. Somedays it'll differ 5 pounds up or down... o_O I'm not sure what the cause of this is... I eat like a horse or two and workout (No cardio I'm trying to gain a lota mass and muscle)... ty @_@!

nevermind, main reasons may be water and food intake.

yea you can have a lot of poo and water inside of you. it's not real weight you are losing or gaining. try taking 2 dumps then going to be on an empty stomach and a dump and piss in the morning if you have any. you'll see. then pig out all day and the next day. your 5 pounds will be back.

Biggest problem not moving your bowels..
Try to get some fiber in your diet if this is the case..

I shit everyday fiber or no fiber. I've never had a problem with that @_@?!

5 pounds is not too much depending on your bodyweight. Dorian used to lose 9 pounds in his sleep

I agree with the last post. If you're 150, 5 lbs is a big deal, but not if you're 200+.
