Title: JACK IN NEW MUSCLEMAG!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

imagine my surprise while flipping thru the latest Musclemag i saw my boy Jack in there!
i called him to congratulate him but got his voice mail
now the computer-less bastard won't see this until he get's into work tommorow.......
but congrats big man!
you deserve it!!!

That pic that mike posted of jack shows that when jack diet down he doesn't maintain alot of muscle. Dude looks like a stick.

Well, that pic was after a 7 year layoff. I will be ripped to shreds 240-250 @ the NOC @ 5'8 1/2

Email the editors at Musclemag (editors@emusclemag.com) and tell them you want to see more Jack. I followed him through a leg workout last weekend, typed it up, and submitted it to my editors. Hopefully they'll bite! Jack looks great and will fit right in on a pro stage. He wouldn't look out of place on an IFBB pro stage.

If he's old enough for the Masters division (I don't know if he is), top 6 there.

Important thing is that the man is proving he can IMPROVE. Whereever the chips fall with his placing at the NOC, I think it'll light a fire under his ass and he'll keep coming back better.
