I was wondering what were the things you do before stepping on stage exercises/reps/light weight/hvy, etc...
-
Backstage there should be a pump up room. They will likely not allow you to bring your own weights, but some should be provided. Plan on bringing some tubes with you. You ought to know what kind of rep scheme gets you pumped.
-
I know what gets me pumped but thought it was different before stepping on stage, never really lift light, always go heavy but thought going heavy might cause cramping or something.
-
Avoid heavy
2 or 3 sets per part esp weak areas and medial delt, probably no more than 10 mins before stage call. Don’t pump quads or abs, just flex and/or pose.
-
you'll make due with what they've provided. If you know how to train, you know how to pump up.
