My 15 yeard old nephew just saw one of Ronnie's dvd from my collections and he really wants to bulk up after him (or at least try anyways)....
What king of protein and supplements does Ronnie use?
should i get him protein that Ronnie advertise in Flex mag??
Thank you
Wooooooooooshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

How dare you influence a 15 year old to use anabolic steroids! >:(
-
You need to tell your nephew that he just needs to focus on school and if he wants to be big he should paly sports, I don't think anyone wants to jump into bodybuilding before exploring real world options. Tell him Ronnie played football and that is where you start bulking up or some other sport and Ronnie has a degree.
-
I think it would be a good idea to get him on a buffet of insulin at 16 IU's at every carb meal and growth hormone at 4 IU's in the morning as soon as he wakes up and 6IU's in the evening at bedtime along with a gram of test a week with 100mg of anadrol daily with trenbolone running at 150mg every other day for 16 weeks consuming 7-8,000 calories daily.
I'd say he would bulk up a little. GNC should carry most of the supplements I reccomended here. Good luck to him!

Good point.....
but u also have to consider that all the greats in b.b started at a young age....who knows??
As for supplements,
I really don't think you should buy any publicity that Ronnie claims he uses in the mags.....but egg whites, oatmeal, creatine with lots of Whey and tuna can help him grow
-
It is true that some started bodybuilding at an early age. But Ronnie didn't start bulking up for bodybuilding until he was 26 years. By that time he had played high school and college football and he had earned his college degree. Also he was starting his career as a police officer. Really only thing safe for a teenage is protein supplements and maybe a little creatine (a little)
-
I think King Ron endorses BSN, but he uses the high quality beverly stuff. it was on the counter in his dvd.
-
Tell him to eat big and lift big. That worked for me.
-
I agree!!
your nephew should play sports and then weigh train ;D

True but they didnt discover bodybuilding until after being introduced into another sport most of the time or getting injured, Arnold-soccer, Ronnie-Football...you got to build a foundation for athletics before you become athletic.
If he's serious and has heart get him to drink crystal light and tuna in a blender, then you know he's going to become a beast instead of a weekend warrior :)

If he wants to bulk up, tell him he needs to eat more food than he's ever eaten before, lift weights 6 days a week for an hour each day, and sleep for 8 to 10 hours a night, never hang out, and never eat junk food again.
If he can handle that, he may be as big as sarcasm one day, and have a head as big as ale(se)xxxxxxx(less).

I actually bet that cycle is below what Coleman actually does. Cutler has been quoted as saying it takes about 10grams a week....and Coleman carries about 15-20lbs more muscle than Cutler....

Soccer players are pathetic, always complaining that they are tired (although they juice, some even more than a BB), they don't have any discipline and their trainings are bullshit! And most are so spoiled that if someone yells at them they jump to the floor saying that it was a foul!!!!

Yeah, but just diabetes, nothing major.
