how long should you use it before you take a break and how long should you stay off it thanx

People have different opinions at this regard. I used to do 6 weeks on and 4 weeks off.

yeah most people i talk to say close to that. 6 weeks on 2-4 off. I've never really bothered with cycling.

What happens if you rarely go off? I never thought about an off cycle. Creatine is sort of just a staple for me - like protein. Maybe I should re-think my creatine intake.
