that was his last contest. i remember FLEX had an article about how he came in too watery for it, and 3 weeks earlier he was hard as nails or something. but i felt he was on his way out of the game when his accident happened anyway. His placings weren't getting any better.

Legs made a nice comback from the type of injury he sustained...but no doubt that his upper torso was heading towards KOVACSicus (It's a new sickness which pleagues many long-running bodybuilders who don't get out of the game when they should!)

Yup, I meant the safety pins.
As bad as it was, it could have gotten really ugly without any pins!

Huge frame, but wasn't on that day. the MM shot looks good, but the rest don't look as good.
