pre WO, 2-5g

works only if you have a low carb diet.

Is it really anything to write home about? I've read the science, but I'm not convinced that it does all that much. I think it's the low carb work out that yeilds the results.

For example: Hit the gym first thing in the morning after eating carbs/fats plus taking thermals and you'll lose fat regargless. If you make your fat fish fat, you'll will even get better results. Walnuts are great too, I find.

In a nut-shell: save your carbs for after your w/o. and you'll lose fat. In my experience.  ;D

This is slightly off topic, but I find this supplement to be overpriced, which has led me not to try it unless I hear something very dramatic about the results, which I haven't to date.
