so what have you guys noticed increases your vascularity the most? does anyone notice particular times of the day, or even particular days that you are mor vascular than others. my thoughts have to do with the amount and tye of protein i consume and how it effects ny nitrogen levels. i just like alot of vascularity in my physique, even when im not getting a pump in the gym and would like to hear peoples opinions on how they thnk they obtain their vascularity

you dont see lines when your pumped. try looking in the mirrow when you get an arm pump.........i get lines in my arm and traps alot. i get them the most in the morning right after waking up.. i think it due to being dry. I also can feel the line poping out all day.

yeah i agree, but does everyone observe the same amount of vascularity throughout the day or are their certain things that change it. if you consider that your bf% doesn't change much if at all throughout the course of a day. Another subject would be thickness of the veins. I work with endurance athletes, bodybuilders, and strength and power athletes. The endurance athletes have just as low of body fat as the bodybuilder but a bodybuilders veins are much thicker. Does anyone have suggestions on why this may be?

No that is because of the carbs your body is heating up and using the food real fast..happens when your dieting and low bf %
