Hey guys
I've always read that hit abs like you would like every other bodypart.....i was wondering, do you guys do weight exerise for abs or is it floor crunches??

I do both as well, I also try to concentrate on my "core" when doing other exercises.

I think all the basics work..i do the weighted pull-down types as well as body core exercises. I think u can remap they way ur abs look with the weighted exercises.

I've tried weighted floor crunches but find it's very hard to place the weight correctly to make it work, so I just go for the incline crunches to make it harder.
