It really sux right after getting home from the gym and it's all wet from sweat -- it sticks to you. I've put my thumb through several shirts (back of the neck) trying to pull them off. Once I get it about half way off (my head's in the shirt) I can sometimes pull one arm through and use that free arm to yank it the rest of the way off.

I like those max-muscle tank top thingies because you can just put your arm through the hoop and lift it over your head...but even those roll up as you take them off.

i guess that inconvenience is what he meant by "cost of redemption"

Just about every offseason pic I see of him just reminds me of how unhealthy of an industry this really is!
