Title: conditioning your stomach for shots...

medicine ball drops? is that really it besides regular ol' ab conditioning?


i've been dropping a 10lb medicine ball on my stomach daily now for the past two weeks or so and noticed i'ts made a tiny difference...but is there anything else that's abit more effective than that?

Actually being hit there would probably be the most effective means of preparing your bread basket for a full on thrashing.
