Your arms must be too big for the rest of your body if they are 18 at 188.

If gained slowly with gaining little fat. But he gained 1 inch in 6 weeks. Could have filled out with a lot of water after competing but that still wouldn't equal 1 inch.

I wrote that they were 17 when I was about 3 weeks out from my last contest..Usually whn I am not in contest prep they are at 17-1/2 or maybe touch 17-3/4....

Well I figure I am gonna give it till I am 30 and see if I have what it takes to at least be semi successful..a top 5 light heavy on the National level is a good goal for me....Thanks Gracie

Thanks Flex...I was still very low bodyfat...Lots of added water though...That was I think 3 weeks after my contest in July 06....

Ecto meso body type. How are your arms so large at 188lbs? You look to be over 10 percent bf. I say this because you do not have alot of detail in your bi. Unless you are in shape and your arms are very pumped from working out? 18 inches is big for 188 lbs. Not to mention you seem to be pretty lean.

These pics were taken about 3 weeks after my contest in July so my bf% was still very low BUT I was eating like crazy and on new supps so I was holding quite a bit of water...That is the cause for the blurryness....I have always looked bug for my weight...people right now think I am in the 215 range when I am really 195....cant really explain it, I guess it like how my calves look small for my weight.?,, I dont know..
