Anyone have any good recipes for ramen noodles adding more protein.

Ummm... Ramen noodles are fryed noodles, there not really good for a bodybuilder to eat...

If you buy the 10-30cent ones they are not fried. What I would do when i was living in the dorms was add a can of tuna(drained) or a can of chicken breast(sounds bad but tastes really good). Hope this helps.

Forget Ramen noodles, they are shitty for your health, especially the instant stuff, that's worde than drinking chemical waste. No wait, it's actually chemical waste. ;D
If you're into asian noodles, get soba or somen instead. soba are buckwheat noodles, very low GI, great stuff.

ramen noodles are the worst thing you could eat next to mcd's french fries
