How often you guys eat it? and how much of it at a sitting.....i've been eating 1 cup at meal 2 with an 8oz chicken breast. 2-3 times a week. otherwise its usually brown rice or potatoes.

yeah i like it....its a good change thats forsure....i hate rice like something aweful.

It's the only pasta i'll eat...i usually alternate between brown rice and wheat pasta every few days.

I recently changed to the whole wheat pasta and suprisingly my kids enjoy it too. I like the texture and taste better and will now have that as the only pasta in the house.

The Barrilla products are great. I enjoy getting a little extra fiber and even some protein and the taste is decent when the every day diet starts getting boring. Throw in some chicken, fresh jalapenos and cilantro even better,

I use and recommend Barilla Plus, the added protein from which is from several sources including egg whites. It contains 17 grams of protein per cup, some of which would be a complete protein from the egg source.

On their web site, Barilla claims that the biolavailability of protein in Barilla Plus is nearly on par with beef. Also, it is an excellent fiber source.
