i am currently a little over 180 pounds and at most 15% bodyfat. with consistent training and a good diet how long should i expect for it to take me to be 180 at 10% bodyfat.

a few months...2 and a half to 3 if everything in your training is spot on. It's taken me two months to put on 5 lbs...but i've also gains a few more in fat on top of that.

I try and gain 7-10 pounds of muscle a YEAR.........and that doesnt even include trying to drop 5% bodyfat at the same time which when I cut I cut 1-2 pounds a week doing it healthy. You can do it bro, but just be patient and do it the right way. I would say 6 months at least myself......but you may be more of a easygainer than me. Just all depends....lots of variables. Program, diet, intesity, supplements.......you. Just be patient and keep at it.
