i am currently a little over 180 pounds and at most 15% bodyfat. with consistent training and a good diet how long should i expect for it to take me to be 180 at 10% bodyfat

are you trying to gain muscle, while losing bodyfat, at the same time?

time means nothing....what if i told you that could happen tomorrow....would you just stop, thats it all done? i don't think so. you'll get there and not realize it cuz you'll have other goals in store already.

ill try and lose the fat first then gain the weight(muscle) with a very strict diet. fat loss diet is very strict 6 meals a day.
meal 1: fat free hot dogs with 6 egg whites
2: steamed chicken breast with lots(i mean a shitload) of steamed brocolli
3: same as above
4: protein drink in water
5: same as 2 and 3
6: protein drink in water

every 4th day i have a high carb day(300 grams of carbs)
train 5 days a week however no cardio
Jr. Yates i know wat your saying man. no once it happens i wont stop but i think when i get there my goals will be more inclined just to maintaining that weight and fat percentage not really making any improvements.
i used to follow the bodybuilding lifestyle alot more seriously i was once in prety good shape. i have recently been eating so much shit food and not working out this is where i have let myself get to and i wont let it get any worse. i am not trying to get a really good body or anything just big enough without to much fat. i figure 180 at 10% is fairly attainable and can be easily maintained (im 6 foot by the way)

sorry got my calculations wrong im used to working in kilograms. so im currently around 190(about 85kg) 15% at 6 foot and want to be 185-190 at 10% again around 190.
