I make yogurt pudding all the time.   one cup plain yogurt, 3 scoops chocolate protein powder, tablespoon of flaxseed oil, splash of orange juice.

Yogurt is very beneficial to anyone. Especially body builders.  It keeps that freindly bacteria in your system which helps in absorption and processing of food. I get at least a cup a day

I put yogurt in my smoothies everymorning and mostly because of being lactose intolerant. Add some fruit, protein powder, a little ice and i'm set.
