Looking better, I think everybody who never dieted before should be inspired of those photos that you guys put up (Alex, Adonis etc) because it really make a world of difference when the fat is starting to come off...
sarcasm (A Getbig judge) was his normal childish self and replied laughing... predictable and sad behaviour.

dont worry, alexxx is the master of training programs....he knows what he is doing. he has designed many successful programs for the pros even.

Thanks guys for the positive feedback! I recently switched my training to some old school crazy type that I will keep to myself until the show. I have nothing against Dante's training methods and actually am tempted to go back to them everyday but for now I am working on shaping.

Always lean up, every summer. I try and drop 20pounds in the summer and put it back in winter. You guys aren't the only ones who can lean out.

Dude honestly you don't much different from guys in the WWII concentration camps. Really. Put some size one. You are way to small. If you are 6'4" or whatever you said you were you need to weigh at least 250+ to look half way decent. Go eat something and get some color.

alexxx you look fine for being this far out, I'd concentrate on my delts more if I was you...I'd like to see a straight on shot to see how the lats look.

that is the leanest I have seen Alexxx.... take some advice from Arnold and do poses that flatter your physique........Unless your truly massive it is very hard to pull that pose off, however you are making good progress.
