Title: shins

I have really weak shins.Four years ago i had severe shin splints to the extent that i can hardly walk.Now i am going for miltary training after two months.I am afraid that shin splints will be a big problem.Can u people help me to make my shins strong.

maybe it can help lifting with your shins by placing a small weight on your foot

join a muay thai class it will get you in shape and condition your shins.

Can't speak for Bluto but I think he means placing a BB plate on top of the toes. And than just curl the toes up from that position. Some guy's will place their heels on a 2X4, another BB plate, etc. and try  for a better range of motion (ROM). Probaby a heavy book would do the same in the beginning. Please do this barefooted and have a folder towel between your toes and the BB plate (or whatever). When you do calves, you may also want to do them barefooed for a better grip and stretch. Which could also help the shins. Walking or jogging in loose sand is also good. Good Luck.

Yes I was trying to find a picture of it, I think this has been discussed before. It's worth a try.

shin splint is a problem which many people r facing and still their is little to get rid of it except avoiding running.
