the other day,I saw an old fart with decent arms load the bar with 255lbs and unracked it only to do 1/3 of a rep. I was like, this mothafcuker better dont ask me for a spot.

There are mnay of them, I hate the ones who put ona lot of shit load of weight, to get 2, 1 inch reps.

Machines mostly. I change things up. Just try to find stuff that doesn't hurt or aggravate my shoulders any further.

I pause the bar on my chest and use absolutely no arch or leg drive, hahahahahaha, monster attempt to descredit other people's lifts.
