A few questions, how prelevalant is DNP today in a bodybuilders drug resume. As I have come to know, DNP is the most potent fat burner there is. Do you IFBB pros mess with this drug at all.

Also are you guys on all year round ( Strictly anabolics), I think I read in one of your posts you take a few months off here and there and cycle with gh, slin, cytomel. If so, im assuming you use hcg and proviron aswell?

What are your thoughts on the blast and cruising methods which have become even more popular throughout the years?

Can you give us getbiggers an example of a pre-contest stack from one of your olympias.

1. dnp is commonly used in proffessional bodybuilding and by your local gym rat more often than you think.

2. i do not use dnp on a regular basis because i know my body and can lose fat effectively almost as fast as with dnp.

3. duration of "being on" depend on the bodybuilder him/her self. i stay on hormones in some way or another majority of the year with some breaks here and there. kevin went off for 4 months then explode back few months prior to comp

4. blast/blitz cycles are good for guys that been on hormones for years on,, and their body is not responding any more to long duration type of cycles.  it also will benefit the "natural" athlete and the "natural" athlete see it as a must inorder to build mass and avoid detection.

5. if you do decide on long cycles,, i do reccomend to change compounds every 6-8 weeks. no steroid beside deca/eq and primo will work on you past the 8 week so its waste of time. even those 3 i suggest to take for no longer than 10 weeks because if you didnt see results in 10 weeks you wont see results in 20 either. always change compounds.

6. no i cant tell you my cycle here because there are other pros and coaches on this board reading it and waiting for me to say it. i would charge for it too,, so no need.

Been training people for years and have more than my share of winners who have been ripped. I have also seen more than one pros cycles written out on paper. One of them top 5 Olympia and never seen it's use. I have never had anyone use it and only personally know of one guy to use it, not a pro. I trained that guy the next year and got him shredded without it. Not saying it is not used, but it is NOT the norm. I would guess more gym rats us it than competitors. This is one that I would definatley stay away from. The Ld 50 is way to scary for me.

i dont like using it either but it is used a whole lot by competitors that compete against me on the same stage in the same competition in the same city in the same state with the same people over and over and over.

is it just me or is using dnp just retarded...its fucking rat poison.  just get some t3 or clen...much safer

the funny thing is...90% of people who use dnp are fatasses who could loose bodyfat faster by just doing some cardio and eating right

It seems a lot easier to get to contest conditioning on juice.  Naturals take much longer and have to go lower in calories.
