IFBB Figure Superstar and former Fitness Olympia champion, Monica Brant, dropped in for a visit as she prepares for this year’s Olympia. Mo talked about the early days of pro fitness competition, how she actually became a fitness pro (she never did an NPC event), the transition to figure competition, why she’s never won a figure event and her recent visit to see both Kelly Ryan and Craig Titus in jail. Monica also gave details about the numerous  projects she is involved in on the business side of the industry and what keeps her motivated as a top competitor all these years!
