a bodybuilder who purposely trains at his competitors gyms to be a badass,,,,I mean Muhammad ALi used to go into other competitors gyms,,,talk shit about them as they were getting ready to fight ALi,,,,Tito Ortiz gets into the minds (ie Shamrock) makes em go apeshit....I would love to see Ronnie get on a machine in front of Jay at the Las Vegas Golds, "light weight!!"  Or Gustavo yelling over at someone "you're full of oil",,,or in the future just have someone who does that instigation...it would definetely get alot of buzz.
