when i rotate my wrist it start poping and wont stop. it hase been doing it for a litle while now on and off it will go away for a month than come back randomy. i dont know whats rong. ive never ingerd my wrist or eanything ithere.

does it hurt when it pops?
all my knuckles pop just by squeezing by fist shut...i think it's from years of boxing.

my shoulders pop from years of tennis...doesn't hurt..just annoying AND SCARY as hell when you're benching.
