So if someone orders from you something that is banned in their country, or at least in a gray area as a lot of supplements are, and the customs fetch it, you would just return their money? They can take a chance with you and you will take all the risks?

Some companies are buying their own raw materials and are manufacturing too. If the material gets seized then it is irrelavent to the customer and he should get his money back. In fact it would not be legal to keep his money and not give the product ordered or the money back.

Exactly. the country I ordered from is very strict on shipping and I couldn't find a viable broker so I had to free-ball it. The last time I had my packages seized was back in December from Germany. I only lost 200 dollars on that but it was insured fortunately.
If you were wondering what was in the package...it was some bee pollen, cayenne pepper, and a new product I was testing out I nicknamed, Cobra Kai. No steroids or anything.
There is a chance it'll go back to the supplier and I'll get the money back but it will be at least 4-5 months IF IT HAPPENS..... :P But for right now, I gotta cover my people and refund their money. That's the way it is

how did I get dragged into this? ;D But seriously, I used to get my ephedrine that I ordered from canada seized quite frequently, and I never got a refund. It was cheap so I just kept reordering it and it came through about half the time. The company was Suncoast in Canada. Anyway, props to Vince for reimbursing your customers. And if you are reading Vince, do you sell 25 mg. pure ephedrine, if you do I'll order from you, I can't find it anywhere.

You should not have made the bet. The Mountaineer is a big show and there will be a lot of alpha males up there wanting to qualify for the Nationals. Its going to be a brawl this year because folks like Squirrel Mosley will problably enter to qualify for the Nationals. When this guy turned around onstage and did a rear bicep pose, the crowd basically gasped.
Then there's folks like Storm around who have a huge chip on their shoulder and want to prove himself. I can garrantee he's going to weigh in early at the very tip of the heavyweight division to qualify and then he's going to fill out.
This isn't the Florida NPC. This show is similar to Mcfarland's California Event. All the freak are going to come out and its going to get crazy

I think Bluto means if you order a product that is legal in the country you are purchasing it from but possibly illegal in the country you want it sent to, then the company won't refund you your money should it gets seized by customs. Some supplement companies do operate this way and will have a clause in their disclaimer stating this.

bump this post- dont take peoples money unless the product is ready to ship nextday- especially dont take money in advance for something that is coming from overseas- if its shipping domestic thats another story I could understand taking money in advance - but for international items its a must that they are in your possesion. also why the hell would customs seize your bee pollen and cayenne pepper? I have had dbol tabs opened and looked at by customs and they were still let into the states.
