AWESOME! Upper body in particular is fantastic. Your quads are cut and your calves are shapely but they're not up there with your upper body, clearly.

At 56, you inspire me and I hope to achieve a similar physique at your age. What did you look like in your younger years?

Thanks Slyy and Figgs.I hope my legs look a bit bigger when I get down my waist a bit.
