Got some superdrol left over, i need some input on how to get the most outta it.
Week 1 --- 20mg per day
Week 2 --- 30mg per day
Week 3 --- 30mg per day
Week 4 --- 20mg per day
PCT --- ? 6 OXO Maybee???
all while getting 500grams of protien a day.
should get me the 20lbs everyone else is claiming right?

"left over" from what?
Generally, a 6 week cycle is recomended for a 200# male
500g/protein is absurd overkill.
20# (muscle) gain is overly optimistic

.... 6 weeks?? correct me if i'm wrong, but i've always been told that it should be 4 weeks maximum on superdrol. because it loses its effect and is very toxic to the liver. how much you gain really depends on how much you weigh to start... i took a 3 week cycle, and gained 12 pounds, but i started out at 160... so if u weigh more than that already, ur gains will most likely be more. 500 grams of protein is DEFINITELY overkill tho

whoa...i was 240 before i cut up...more like 220 right now but i wanna be 240 at the same bodyfat as i am now. AT 6'5" 220lbs is not that much...my frame has alot more room for muscle, plus im only 19yrs old haha.

20mg a day is sufficient and 500g of protein a day you would have to be 300lbs lean for that!

okay im starting to think that is too much protein...instead of focusing on a certain ammount im going to make sure i have it in my system every 2 hours...TRYIN TO BE ANABOLIC AS FUCK!

If you are 19 you SHOULD NOT BE ON SUPERDROL. Now at 6'5" in tall and only 220 you should have plenty of natural growing left to do. If I was you I would save the superdrol for a few years when your endocrine system is a little more mature. I am not trying to be preachy I just don't want to see any one fuck them selves up.

i know the risks but basically the time is now for me to put on weight...im into some other stuff not bodybuilding (thats goin to be later in life) but i need to be at 240 atleast by this spring. help me out guys, if theres a better way than SD let me know

What does your diet look like? Thats the first thing we need to know in order to help. Also if you are going to run the superdrol you need to have all the support supps and PCT products or you could loose any gains you make.

SD cycles should last no longer than three weeks. This shit is toxic and wreaks havoc on lipid/cholesterol levels.

Nolvadex is the real stuff, is it hard to get? My buddy just went with the natty pct stuff and said it was ok.
