Looks like it's gonna go this time
On Thursday, August 17, 2006, a three-member panel of the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the ruling issued by Utah Federal District Judge Tena Campbell in which she held that the FDA’s ban of ephedra was invalid. The 10th Circuit remanded the case back to Judge Campbell with instructions to rule in favor of the FDA.

Just go to GNC, tell them "you know that they have it (wink wink)" and the person at the counter will pull out a box of old Hydroxycut,exendrine or GNC brand ephedra...hahahaa

Total and unbelievable bullshit...I can live without ephedra and I don't barely take it at all, but it is an effective supplement...Everytime a major athlete gets publicity for a supplement or drug they use the FDA tries to ban something...Where will it stop??? Soon they will find a reason to ban creatine and after that protein supplements...I mean come on

Last I heard the ban is still lifted, but the FDA is trying to always get it banned...

There is plenty out.  The guy who sent me the E said it will take about 6 weeks for the ban to be in effect.  He knows, He makes and sells it.

Reversed about a month later, but now the products have Ephedrine Group Alkaloids, whatever they are.  Even these will go.  I'd print the whole letter I received, but too much spam with the info.  It's on my site.
