Sure . . . eveyone stops at just 1 rice cake. My kid is like 35 lbs and he wolfs down about seven. I guess ice cream isn't bad either if you have a tablespoon.

I have between 10 and 12 i my pw meal........but my pw meal doesnt change on off days........bout 100 carbs

unless your competing and actually 6 weeks away from a contest, rice cakes are fine.
I like the Choc peanut butter also, it has chips of chocolate.

The GI index is one thing I DO AGREE with.
However, at the same instance, If your calories are low enough, You should just burn right through it and the Insulin Response would not mean too much in terms of fat storage.
With that said, I in no way would eat a rice cake while dieting. I like the GI index. It is key.

Read up on glycemic load and what protein and fats do to the gylmic index of foods.......would I eat plain rice cakes as a meal? Hell no.........
