take into account that i only ate two Ritz crackers all day......3 sets of flat bench press 405 for 10 reps, incline barbell press 365 for 3 sets of 12 and decline presses 500 for 3 sets of 8. ::)

this guy is becoming more like danielson. can't keep his lies straight. He's saying he's as strong or stronger than Schwarzenegger was though he's an alleged 232 pound fatty who's natural/non-natural claims are ambiguous and is afraid to prove anything he says. poor poor basement boy.

So you're doing three press-excercises when you're training chest? Sounds more like a day training triceps.
