It was developed about five years or so ago (I think). It was basically paper that was soaked with gear (like LSD) & you would tear off pieces & eat it. It was designed as a method to fool LE - it would appear that you're sending paper & not tablets.

It sounds good but I heard that there were a lot of problems with the dosing of them.
