no candy, thats not dextrose...you have to remember that all sugars are not equal for post workout consumption.
until you get your dextrose or maltodextrin i would go with a bottle of grape juice...its a 1:1 fructose/glucose ratio...not the ideal source but i would be better than eating candy.

I understand bud...but I wasnt gonna take it till I read the ingredients and the first ingredient was Dextrose....which shocked me but.....the nutrional facts said their was 15g of sugar and 15g of carbs per serving...no fat and 60 calories...i was just gonna do this till the dextrose came in...

ok...i didnt know that.
i would still go with grape juice instead...but you said u have some dextrose powder on the way so you should be good either way.
